Back again - to comment on the movie, The Networked Student, -
ironically I also watched the video sent from Kay Land, Did You Know, today -
both of these videos are compelling - bringing to mind the future of education - for those who have access and who choose to learn in this way - the sky is the limit -
As I look around at the students that we are housing in the library right now, tutoring them in the basic facts of math, the stark reality of this type of education is that you have to have guidance, desire and a vision and that is where teachers and librarians factor in -- setting the students on the right path and watching, editing the progress...
